2. Eligibility

Our classes and wellness services are open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Clients under 18 years old may participate only with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Services, Pricing, and Payments

We offer group fitness classes, private training sessions, workshops, and wellness-related services. All fees, packages, and membership rates are listed on our website or otherwise communicated by the Company.

  • All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or service offerings at any time without prior notice.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

To avoid forfeiture of class credits or additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled class or session.

  • Failure to cancel within this window, or not showing up for a reserved class, may result in the loss of that session or an additional fee, depending on the membership or package purchased.

  • Workshops or special events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be stated at the time of registration.

5. Health, Wellness, and Safety

By registering for and participating in our services, you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition and do not have any medical conditions or injuries that could pose a risk during exercise.

  • You agree to disclose any relevant health concerns or limitations to our staff prior to participating.

  • You also agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our instructors and staff to reduce the risk of injury.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Release

You understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or medical events.
By using our services, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Sozo Consulting Group LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses related to your participation, regardless of cause, including negligence.

7. Studio Rules and Conduct

All clients are expected to respect our studio environment, staff, and other participants.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from classes, suspension, or termination of membership without refund.

  • Personal belongings should be stored as directed; the Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, class formats, branding, logos, written content, and digital resources provided by the Company are the exclusive intellectual property of Sozo Consulting Group LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Photo & Media Release

By participating in our services, you consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings taken during classes or events for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes by Sozo Consulting Group LLC.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before participating.

  • No personal identifiers will be shared without explicit consent.

10. Refund & Credit Policy

All purchases of memberships, class packs, and drop-ins are non-refundable.

  • Credits may be issued only at the Company’s discretion in the case of verified medical emergencies or studio-related cancellations.

  • Promotional offers, gift cards, or discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
