LEVEL METHOD- GROUP
🏋️♀️ Group Fitness Classes — Powered by the Level Method
Forget one-size-fits-all workouts. Our group classes use the Level Method, a belt-style system that tests 15 key fitness categories—from Front Squat, Deadlift, Pull-Ups, and Olympic Lifts to Rowing, Running, Flexibility, and Aerobic Power Intervals. After a quick assessment, you’re assigned a color level (think martial-arts belts) that shows exactly where you are today and how to progress tomorrow.
Why you’ll love it
7 Workouts, 1 Community – Every day we publish seven color-coded versions of the same workout, so brand-new beginners and seasoned athletes train side-by-side while hitting the right load, movement complexity, and intensity for their level.
Strengths & Weaknesses Revealed – The scorecard highlights what you crush and what needs attention, turning your “weak spots” into your next big wins.
Safe, Objective Progression – Color levels move left-to-right from beginner to advanced, giving you a clear, injury-smart roadmap. When you finally “Level Up,” the whole room celebrates.
No More Guesswork – Your color becomes an instant guide for every lift, metcon, and skill session, eliminating intimidation and turbo-charging confidence.
Whether you’re brand-new to functional fitness or a CrossFit veteran chasing your next PR, the Level Method lets you jump straight into class, push your limits safely, and see tangible progress—one color at a time.
