Our Foundations Group Classes run in 12-week phases and are perfect for beginners or those returning to movement. You’ll begin and end each phase with an assessment, so you can see and feel your progress.

Beginners or those who haven’t been on a fitness plan in a while seeking a structured, science-backed fitness plan
